Is it a scam?

No, we have now delivered thousands of puzzles and Diamond Paintings to our loyal customers. We have been made aware that there is a company trying to mimic Puzzli. Please always look for Afterpay and Zip Pay when purchasing in Australia and New Zealand if you are unsure of a website.

 

How accurate is the sizing

In regards to the puzzles, we use the sizing A3, A4 and A5 as a guide. Some are slightly smaller or larger, dependant on the variant ordered. The actual sizing for the Diamond Paintings are on the dropdown box on the purchasing page.

 

What are the puzzles made out of?

Our puzzles are made from birchwood and are much thicker than your standard paperboard jigsaw puzzles.
